A busy lady who always had time for any questions etc in a professional, fun, manner.She kept me updated through out the successful process and always responded promptly to my messages.Olivia R was the excellent agent who initially contacted me to organise her visit to initiate the sales campaign. She was punctual ,smart ,professional . She had a lovely manner and guided me through the process for viewings etc and answered all my questions confidently. She continued communicating with me , keeping me up to speed all the way to viewing when she handed the reigns to Chloe. Both are a credit to a professional company as were all staff involved.
