“Seaford Properties was an absolute pleasure to do business with. We had met and worked with Martin in a former life, so were delighted to be able to do so again in a different capacity. We began with every confidence and were certainly not disappointed. From the word go he and Mercia were attentive, reliable, always on the case, even in the background, and also, very importantly, always keeping us in the picture even when things were, for us, worryingly quiet. Ours was a long, drawn out case as there were many delays along the chain, and then, on the day we were due to exchange, the housing market was suspended due to coronavirus! Not the best news. However, Martin soldiered on, kept things, gently, alive along the chain, and always kept us in the picture.
