Selling a property with Seaford Propert
Seaford Properties found a buyer with a day of putting the property on the market. Throughout the transaction (which was complicated by a party with the chain) they kept me up to speed with the current status, chased relevant parties most importantly kept me thinking positively about the situation. Buying and selling a house can be fraught with stress but I believe that my stress level could have much higher without Martin and Mercia’s valuable reasoning and complete understanding of the various situations that the aforementioned party down the line created and the complete professionalism and integrity displayed by Seaford Properties.

Run by qualified solicitor, Martin Lamprecht, we draw on nearly 37 years' experience of property conveyancing and estate agency. Martin has lived and worked in Seaford area for the past 22 years. Martin is joined by his wife Mercia and his daughters Salome and Rachel and son Nelis. Salome also has a background in law and more recently a Quality and Performance Manager for a Care Agency. Rachel is in charge of Social Media and Nelis is the accountant. We are very much customer focus, high standards of service and attention to detail is paramount.
