We arrived in Seaford from New Zealand, knowing absolutely nothing about the local property market or the actual purchase process. Martin guided us through each step with professionalism, great communication and confidently clarified any confusion for us. We made several visits to our property prior to completion and both Martin and Mercia were accommodating and very patient with us and the tradespeople who we were seeking advice from. What could have been a very stressful time for us was actually quite straightforward! We believe there is great merit and value in engaging a local family run business that relies on its community reputation when making a significant purchase such as real estate.
