Contacted them the other day and said we wanted to look at some properties, the gentleman we spoke to on the phone was abrupt and said just come down and pop in , we had driven 110miles to be told when we got there, to busy and in so many words not interested, didn’t say also the estate agents was appointment only. Poor service, found a nice bungalow and a reputable estate agent now and happy to help
