I have been so impressed with your enthusiasm and knew from the outset that you were the company I would go with, purely because you were all so keen and eager, a trait that the competition showed a great lack of. I cannot think of any way that you could improve. All that I would say is, please do not let that enthusiasm slip and become complaisant, as the other companies have. You are a relatively new company and that drive to succeed really is evident but you need to keep that up, if you do, even more Polkadot signs will be popping up all over the county, I’m sure. I have been so impressed with the speed and efficiency that the house sold. From photo’s being taken to completion was just over 9 weeks, which for me and the buyer was a brilliant result. The first 2 viewings generated 2 offers, 1 for the full asking price, excellent result. So thank you for making, what can be a very stressful time, so easy and stress free .
