James was absolutely brilliant. He gave us honest, sound advice, took a lot of time choosing photos that really showed off our home and kept us up to date on each step. Our house sold within a day and although the chain was short, it proved a challenging time. James pushed it through and kept everyone informed so that the chain remained up to date.
