Getting a buyer and the sale went through very smoothly. I achieved a price beyond what I had expected and the normal local estate agents had suggested, even with the fees paid. I was kept up to speed along the way by friendly and approachable staff. I had been worried as to who I was dealing with as I initially followed an internet link, and you just never quite know what will happen! . But having done some background checks on the company and their solicitor for the transactions, I was more at ease. Then payment came through promptly, and I could breathe again!! Thank you.
