This is a blatant lie and the property was left in a disgusting state and the costs where claimed on behalf of the landlord. We are very happy to post pictures on here as to how you left the property and the work that needed to be done to put it right.

Unfortunately I cannot comment as to why your experience was such a poor experience at the time, as your tenancy was during a time, several years prior to me purchasing this business & the team employed at the time, have all moved on and been replaced with an exceptional team, who provide an outstanding level of service to our tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, which can be verified by the long list of five star reviews that we have received from our customers. We’ve also recently won Best Estate Agent in Bradford North for 2022 by the British Property Awards, for our outstanding levels of customer service, along with winning Gold by the Best Estate Agent Guide for 2022, for Lettings, based on feedback received from our tenants and landlords.
