We have recently moved into a property which was let and is now being managed by Martin & Co. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to view the property. Hannah showed me around and was really friendly and professional. All the staff in the office were welcoming and when I explained our circumstances they couldn’t do enough to speed up the process. Denise over saw the application and was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this letting agency.

Denise Feather has been so helpful with this property on my behalf, when the tenant left after giving in her notice the property was in rather a bad state of affair, but Denise went above and beyond to get all the relevant workpeople, cleaning teams in to bring it back to its former glory, she has kept me fully informed at all times of what was happening, times things were going to take place etc, would highly recommend, I have been with Martin and Co for many years and have always been pleased with the service I have received.

The girls at Oulsnams are absolute angels. What a stressful journey we had, through no fault at all of Oulsnams, but everyone was incredible and faultless. Communication from them was very frequent, they kept me in the loop at all times and fed back to me after every viewing, and there were A LOT of viewings!
