Thanks for the response Iqra. I have now found your records and note that you moved out in March 2017, over five years ago. Unfortunately I cannot comment as to why your experience was such a poor experience at the time, as your tenancy was during a time, several years prior to me purchasing this business & the team employed at the time, have all moved on and been replaced with an exceptional team, who provide an outstanding level of service to our tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, which can be verified by the long list of five star reviews that we have received from our customers. We’ve also recently won Best Estate Agent in Bradford North for 2022 by the British Property Awards, for our outstanding levels of customer service, along with winning Gold by the Best Estate Agent Guide for 2022, for Lettings, based on feedback received from our tenants and landlords. Dear Ruby, we did go to court, the judge awarded some issues to you and some to me, I apologised and paid you compensation, you may remember the Judge asked you not to comment on face book or social media as part of the agreement, this was over 2 years ago. The member of staff responsible for the poor check out left the company a long time a go and we have moved on. kind regards

Hi Emily , I am sorry to hear this , if you could contact the office tomorrow I will look into this for you, if it is the property I think it is , the tenant has promised us it was being picked up this weekend, we will check on Monday and if the tenant has not collected it we will arrange removal ASAP , my apologies for this , I hate it when tenants leave rubbish too kind regards Angela Newark
