Our email enquiries were always answered very quickly and they answered the phone every time we rang. They dealt with issues from ourselves and the buyer rapidly, liasing between us. Denise has been exceptionally patient and professional through out the years. I am dyslexic and dyspraxia and she’s really helped take some of the anxiety out of really stressful situations. She’s alwYs been considerate and happy to explain things or support me wherever she can. I’ve been with my current landlord for eight years and Martin and Co have always arranged to have repairs sorted in a timely fashion. Can’t fault them from start to finish. I think it was Vicki that did my tenancy inspection, she’s very good and respectful of people’s homes. All Martin & Co staff are really helpful, but particularly Denise, who is constant.

Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.
