Tenancy Review

I would like to thank Hannah Wilkinson on her support through the tenancy agreement renewal. I had a few problems (due to a fault of my own) but Hannah supported me throughout and provided me with fantastic advice and responded to emails the same day in a timely manner. It was a stressful time for myself but Hannah reassured me and i was always confident she would do the best she can to help me. Thank you Hannah for all your help.

I have been a tenant with this company for a few years now. Any issues have been dealt with promptly and although very professional, there is also a warm and welcoming feel to the service you receive which I feel is important.Denise and the rest of the team are always available and ready to deal with anything you need as a tenant. This company looks after it’s tenants and not just the landlords like many others. The welfare and rights of the tenants I feel is paramount to this company.

Highly recommend the team at Martin and Co Saltaire Branch. On viewing a property I was greeted by Samantha who was very friendly and chatty. She allowed me to take pictures and videos as my husband couldn’t attend that day and gave me all the information in regards to securing the property. I knew immediately that I wanted the house so I didn’t hesitate to put in the application for it. Samantha rang me to inform me the landlord wanted to go ahead and I was over the moon. From then on, I dealt with Kathryn. She was polite, friendly and would call to keep me updated on the process. There were a few issues in regards to securing the house and Kathryn helped us with this. The whole process was easy from start to finish and everything could be done electronically rather than travelling to the office.
