We had a power cut in our property, nick was straight on the phone to get an electrician out within an hour of this happening, and followed through to check all had been fixed. Couldn’t find better customer service.

Recently sold a property via the Windermere branch and the service provided throughout was excellent. From the initial valuation meeting, there was a real sense of investment from the team. Processes were clearly explained, support provided, deadlines met and there was always a warm welcome when visiting the branch in person. I cannot fault the professionalism of those involved, would thank the team for a very smooth process and would thoroughly recommend them to any prospective house sellers.
