Had the house on with another well known estate agent and wasn’t really getting the exposure it needed till we got in touch with Gary Horgan and his team at Martin & Co in Shipley. Indeed they are very very professional and know how to sell properties. Martin came and in a very professionally manner listened carefully to my requirements and according to my needs sold the house on the 3rd viewing. His colleagues especially Dario was brilliant and made the sale of the house very easy. I would definitely recommend Martin & Co (Shipley) to everyone selling there house in there vicinity and there fees are very reasonable too against the other so called Big time estate agents.

I can highly recommend Martin & Co Saltaire, I have used them for many years in fact as long as they have had a Saltaire office.They have let and managed various properties over this period and still continue to do so, I have always found them to be honest, fare and quick to respond. I sign of a good company to me is the longevity of the staff and I have been dealing with the same people at Saltaire for as long as I can remember. Denise is so helpful and dependable, she has helped us out when that unforeseen disaster strikes (boiler replacement) as they sometimes do when you are away, exceptional. Carol has been involved in every let on our properties, we have always trusted her judgement and advice and it has served us well, cannot recommend highly enough.

I’ve been fortunate enough to deal with Martin & Co using their property management services and I would fully recommend this company to other landlords. We’ve had no issues with management of the tenant or of the property, including with keeping good records - which has been an issue with previous letting agencies. Gas safety checks, property inspections etc were completed on time and fees charged have been reasonable so no issues there. All the staff have been really helpful, particularly Ian Tait who’s a great Property Manager.

I was given a quick rental valuation date, on the valuation day I was told a rental figure based on comparables locally and I was offered a competitive managed monthly fee. Throughout the tenancy I was dealing with Hannah Simpson, she replied to my emails quickly. She also informed me of any repairs that were needed in a timely manner and the cost of repairs arranged by here were competitive.
