Feedback of customer service
Ian has always been exemplary in his approach to managing my property. He is not only extremely fair in his manner in resolving issues but he regularly goes above and beyond to help especially when it comes to maintenance and managing tenants. He recently attended a property at very short notice to assess a problem which was extremely helpful and I feel confident to rely on him to ensure a smooth and efficient service every time. Brilliant customer service
Martin & Co / Angela Nicholson and her colleagues have always been there for me when I needed any advice. They are a very helpful team and can deal with all type of queries. We have been using Martin and Co since April 2022. So far our experience has been brilliant, our property manager is always available, and for any other matters, we are able to speak to Gary, Hannah and Carol very easily! Would highly recommend for those looking for a stress free and more personal lettings agent.
