I had a very disappointing experience with this letting agency. After paying a holding deposit, I felt that the application process became unnecessarily difficult, with additional requirements and requests for information being introduced along the way. It seemed as though the agency was more interested in finding reasons to reject the application than helping prospective tenants complete the process. Despite providing documents promptly and making every effort to meet their requests, the requirements kept changing, creating frustration and uncertainty. The most concerning part was that the holding deposit was retained despite the obstacles placed in front of the application. The whole experience felt unfair and lacking in transparency. I would advise anyone considering this agency to carefully review the terms regarding holding deposits and be prepared for a potentially stressful application process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency.
