Unfortunately, the viewing had to be cancelled at short notice because the keys to the property were with a contractor at the time, meaning we were unable to provide access as planned. We fully appreciate that you had taken time off work and travelled to attend the appointment, and we understand your disappointment. Following the cancellation, the landlord made the decision to accommodate a family member in the property, resulting in the property being LET STC from the rental market before a new viewing could be arranged.
