Experienced horrible customer service from the team. I called several times over the course of a few days trying to book a viewing for a rental property and was constantly told that the lettings team were busy or out on appointments and would ring me back, which they never did. I travelled into London from Bath to view flats, and asked for an urgent call back in the morning before they went out for appointments to let me know if they would be able to show me the flat or not. Again, heard nothing from them. Called them in be afternoon, only to be told the office had closed and they had all gone home! I’m shocked at how they have treated a potential new tenant who has shown genuine interest in one of their properties! Won’t be contacting them again. UPDATE: 1st July - I have just received a call from the lettings manager offering to send me a gift if I taken down this review. I wonder if this tactic of bribery is how they have managed to maintain only 5 star reviews so far?
