I recently bought a property with Harrison Jacks and I was really pleased with their customer service. Unlike usual estate agents, Jessica didn’t use high pressure sales techniques, she was polite, respectful to my elderly mother and took time to answer my many questions. I really felt like Jessica went above and beyond, working beyond her working hours on a Sunday to help the sale go through, checking my surveyor report and following up. And to top it all off I received a lovely welcome pack with money off vouchers and some products in there as well as a bottle of Prosecco! I can’t recommend Harrison Jacks enough. I love where I’m living and their service is faultless - if you want great customer service and an estate agent who goes above and beyond then please use them!
