Helmores staff were able to let us know immediately the house we had loved and lost was back on the market so we snapped it up after viewing with a lovely member of staff who knew the area well so was really helpful. All staff were lgbt friendly which made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. The process of buying took ages due to various issues. So Helmores staff, Emma and Loren, were a crucial point of contact, and worked tirelessly to prompt the seller and their solicitor on numerous occasions. Although Helmores weren't selling our house, they were key to us buying our new home due to the amount of liaison they had to do in our circumstances. Great communication. Empathic. Courteous.
