We sold two properties with Oulsnam in 2021, our own 3 bed detached house on Winyates Green, and my wife's parents semi detached bungalow in Headless Cross. We contacted Oulsnam with our own property firstly. Vicky, the manageress visited us, and we were very impressed with her professionalism, and we stressed that we were pushing to get a maximum price as we were relocating to the Lake District where property is very expensive. Within no time we had seven enquiries, all over the asking price, and within a week we had agreed a sale. All viewings were co-ordinated by Oulsnam themselves, and from a sellers point of view, our sale was pretty seamless. We were delighted. We moved in February during lockdown, which was pretty stressful, but they were never more than a phone call away. Fast forward a couple of months and we had to put my wife's parents house on the market, too. Of course we didn't hesitate to use Oulsnam again. Once more they totally excelled themselves, keeping my wife informed of progress 250 miles away. She built up a great rapport with the staff, especially the lovely Debbie who was a breath of fresh air at a very sad time.
