We bought our first home with oulsnam and I genuinely could not have asked for a better agent. From the first contact, they made an appointment time which was convenient to us as we both work strange hours which don't comply with office times, in fact we first viewed at 8am on Good Friday! We requested a second visit and we were given lots of honest information which put our mind at rest and gave us a firmer understanding of the process of buying a house and, in particular, a house going through probate. Every communication we had there after we felt like Oulsnam were really on our team and when sellers solicitors were slower or we needed a question answering for our own solicitors, oulsnam got onto it straight away and got back in touch as soon as the answer was sent (mostly same day!). When we collected the keys, they shared in our excitement and happiness and we genuinely felt thrilled with our new home and the support recieved.
