Ian has always been exemplary in his approach to managing my property. He is not only extremely fair in his manner in resolving issues but he regularly goes above and beyond to help especially when it comes to maintenance and managing tenants. He recently attended a property at very short notice to assess a problem which was extremely helpful and I feel confident to rely on him to ensure a smooth and efficient service every time. Tenancy in Cullingworth

I rented my house for over 5 years. Martin & Co were always excellent in communicating and attending to any issues that I might have had. In particular, Denise, who looked after my tenancy throughout, was superb. Always quick to react to my questions and answered efficiently and diligently.
