I am over the moon with how professional, approachable, swift professionalism. An amazing team here at saltaire, Denise is a true delight, however Uber efficiency attention to detail. She goes the extra mile too deal attentively, swiftly and is in touch to ensure a smooth process. Denise as been fantastic with myself on a couple of occasions. My experience with the staff at Martin & Co from start to finish has been extremely positive. I feel that I was always listened to and always kept informed of any developments with my property when it came to any remedial works or tenant requests. Having a team on board who have the knowledge and expertise to address any issues is essential as a landlord and I don't feel like I could have been successful without the help of Angela and Jess. Angela has always provided me with advise in regards to rental pricing and repair quotes and Jess has been brilliant with liaising with the tenants when we finally decided to put our property on the market. If you have a house to rent and you need a reliable estate agent, just go with Martin & Co!

Hannah Simpson is my property manager and all I can say is that she is brilliant. She made our move in process really smooth and I have had a couple of small problems that needing sorting and Hannah has been perfect every time. She is very prompt at responding to emails and she also makes sure you are happy with anything that needed to be done. Martin & Co Saltaire are by far the best letting agency I have used.

I have nothing but praise for the team at Martin & Co managing my property. Both Caroline Dyson and Victoria White keep me constantly updated about my property and tenant. Where do I start. I recently sold my house through Martin and Co, and they were excellent. I went with them as Dario was the only person I had contacted that actually bothered to read my email and take note of my details, which is obviously what you need from someone doing anything for you. This diligence and attention to detail continued throughout with Dario, his customer service is excellent, but it's genuine with him, he is actually invested in you're sale. Once a buyer was found I was passed onto Kat who handled the actual sale. We had a nightmare with the buyer, their broker and solicitor, it was like they were trying to delay the sale. But Kat was incredible, she was totally on the ball the whole way through, she kept on each person involved, and kept me upto speed every step of the way. Like Dario, Kat was totally invested in the sale the whole way through, to the point you would have thought it was her own property she was trying to sell. Without going into details, both Dario and Kat, in my opinion, went above and beyond to make my sale go though. They were simply excellent. We have another house to sell and will use them for this sale too. Superb team.
