We rent a few houses with different agents. Martin and Co in Keighley are the best. Why? They reply promptly to emails and phone calls. They. are proactive in managing our property and the provide the annual tax statement free....Other agents charge for this service Recently I have been in contact with Angela Nicholson and Ian Tait as we sell a property and make arrangements for work to be done. I am pleased that they keep me updated and instruct agents to undertake work Keeping clients updated is the easiest way to reassure and satisfy the customer and Angela Nicholson does this very well

Highly recommend Martin & Co! It has been so stressful moving house but Kat has been amazing!! Thank you so much Kat for being so helpful and friendly whenever we needed support with chasing solicitors to get the process moving. Also thank you to Hannah who was also really supportive and actively chased third parties for us.

First time selling a house and Martin & Co were amazing throughout, the process was really stressful (not on their part) and Kathryn from sales was amazing, kept me updated and did a lot of chasing for me which helped me keep reassured and positive about the process, she is a gem to have at that place.
