Martin and Co have been very helpful dealing with my tenancy. They deal with any queries quickly and professionally. In particular, Hannah has been amazing and she's a real asset to the team.

We have used Martin and co. since they started in Saltaire. We have found their management of our property more than satisfactory. We receive monthly statements and, yearly reports, of physical inspections of the property (even throughout covid). We have a personal property manager, Ian Tait, who promptly informs us of any issues that occur and conducts himself very professionally.

I have let my property through Martin & Co. for a good number of years now and have had consistently great service from the team there. Jess has been my primary point of contact and she's super responsive, friendly and efficient. More you cannot ask for! Keep up the great work!

Jess is very helpful and professional. I have been dealing with Jess for a few years now and she is always very approachable and friendly. She is also very reliable and prompt getting back to me whenever I have any issues. Similarly, she works hard on the tenants' behalf to make sure all is in order and safe for them. I have found Denise, friendly, helpful and pleasant when dealing with any issues regarding maintenance of the property I rent. She goes above and beyond to deal with the problem efficiently. Denise always get back to me once the problem has been resolved.
