I have known Denise for eleven years - she dealt with my initial application to rent a property from the then Village Estates. Since then, during all my tenancies with both Village Estates and Martin and Co. she has dealt with all my enquiries and problems regarding tenancies in a most efficient manner. In an age where sometimes customer service is not all it could be, Denise has provided first rate service to myself at all times. I am in the early stages of having taken a tenancy managed by Martin and Co. The staff at the office in Saltaire have gone to considerable lengths to ensure matters have been managed efficiently and effectively. There were one or two little matters which needed maintenance input at the property and these received prompt fully professional attention and remediation forthwith. Perhaps the most noteworthy facet of my experience thus far has been the welcome will to assist the client in a very positive and totally unaffected manner. The person with the duty to oversee the practical matters relating to this property is a young lady called Jess. I have found her to be quite excellent in her application to solve matters arising. My experience with Martin and Co is actually quite refreshing after dealing with another national Letting agent with franchise interests in Guisely where the core values of the company left me rather disappointed. .

I have been renting a property through Martin and Co for approximately 2 and a half years. I have recently received communication that they will no longer be managing the tenancy from later this month. The highest praise I can give is that I am gutted. Hannah, and the rest of the team, have been genuinely excellent throughout the period I have been renting, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough . Always quick to respond to queries, resolved all issues that cropped up (many of my own making), with excellent communication throughout.
