As a local tradesman, my job is to provide essential services to tenants, landlords and lettings agents on a very frequent basis. My business has been doing this for 20 years. I'm required to deliver my services at short notice and to slot in quickly between all other services being delivered at rental properties in order to make the 'move in' of the next tenant go smoothly.
