2024: We have just had another 5-star experience with Northwoods-Bassets. Luke and Ginny just handled the exit of a previous tenant and the start of a new tenancy with a lovely professional couple in just over 10 days over the Christmas and New Year holidays. They were really amazing and very, very professional: every small detail taken care of. This was a truely 5-star experience for us and we highly recommend them! 2022: We have let and managed our properties ourselves over the last 5 years, but after hearing hugely positive opinions about the Bassets Team, we decided to give them a try. We have been very, very impressed. They have taken time to explain options and landlord obligations and have found solid tenants within 9 days of getting the keys. Quentin, Luke, Jamie, and Fiona have been extremely professional and helpful. Based on this initial experience, we highly recommend them.
