Dear Malcolm We just wanted to say it was a pleasure meeting you. We have had viewings at a good number of properties and have experienced a variety of estate agents' approaches to a viewing situation. You made us feel very comfortable, gave us all the important information and pointed out some lovely things we might have missed but let us have time to think and come to our own conclusions. I hope that doesn't sound patronising but I think some of the other agents that have shown us around could learn a lot from you!
