Stayed with the team for three years. Highly professional and they know the ins and outs of managing a property which made things straight forward. Checkin was smooth and handled over the video. Any amendments were made and the team is very responsive. Checkout was also smooth and communication is excellent. I would encourage greater flexibility when renewing contracts when tenants are looking to shift.

We have worked with Emma and Raphael from Houseman for 8 years and in that time we have found them extremely responsive, acting responsibly on behalf of the tenants and the landlords be it moving in, moving out or issues that occur during the tenancy. They have very good relations with the contractors they use and can always be relied upon to take a pragmatic view around any issues that crop up.
