I would also like to highlight the helpful and attentive staff, who provide excellent service throughout the tenancy. They also mention the smooth and stress-free renting process, from viewing to signing.

Snugpads has been good - Maintence always quick, and Hamza has been personable throughout visits. Communication is good, but a direct contact with landlord would have been nice. All good!

Hamza is very personable and a good communicator with students and when checking in and out of property. Met him myself and was on time too so we were not hanging around as ready to move in and I’d travelled to help my daughter on a Friday afternoon. New accommodation could have done with a lick of paint but I guess there’s not always time with a quick move around.

Just moved out of my house with snugpads today, overall we had a really positive experience we were rewarded our full deposits back and they did the bank transfer back to my account before I left the property, the maintenance team were always super helpful and usually fixed jobs the very next day, every me ever of staff we interacted with was very helpful and friendly. There were a few issues with our house like damp and we had mice for a week when we came back for Easter. But overall our experience was very positive.

Had a great year living in a snug pads property in Salford. Really smooth move in and move out. Provided additional furniture and replaced the bed when I asked. Great communication when issues arose.

Smooth and easy rental application process with a somewhat supportive property management team. Strong communication time with any maintenance issues and adjustments that they may have made. One criticism is our property manager can be cold, selective and discriminative when it comes to inspections
