HIGHLY RECOMMEND HOUSEMAN Raphael and Emma are really great to deal with and I felt their approach was friendly, informative and very professional from start to finish. I have worked with them on several projects in the past and highly recommend them. They are always available to Landlords and Tennent's and will always do the best for clients and with a demonstrable record of success, having expert knowledge in their field gives them an edge over other letting agents. Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Best property company I've rented through. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any problems, however minor, are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. Despite the fact the property is managed by Houseman Properties for the landlord, I always feel that they are looking after me too and I'm never 'just the tenant'. Although the property isn't my house, it is very much my home and my opinion is always kindly taken into consideration if any work needs doing here. Too many horror stories around about renting, but absolutely not the situation here. Great agent, obliging landlord and I'm a very happy tenant!

Repairs were always completed within 48hrs even on bank holidays by their maintenance team. Easy process from start to finish and got my deposit back at the end of the year. Making contact via calling or email was easy if I had any queries they were answered within the day of contacting.Would highly recommend to any students around the Manchester/Salford area

All maintenance issues were fixed quickly by proper workmen. Move in and move out process was smooth and quick I got my full deposit back which is very rare for student accommodation and after hearing horror stories from some of my classmates about their accomadation with other companies snugpads seems like one if the best student acommadation companies in manchester
