It is my first time renting and I have received exceptional service. I have dealt with Leanne Jervis with regards a few issues I had in the flat and she dealt with these queries efficiently and effectively resolving the problems I had. I feel that I am able to contact Northwood with regards any issues and feel confident I will be listened to and the issues dealt with.
