Dear T MR, if you could let us know which property you rented we can investigate this further. However we have a code of conduct to adhere to as well as the tenants deposit scheme of which all tenants have the right to contest any deductions they feel are not accurate. This procedure allows for an independent third party to rule on the validity of any claim that coupled with an inventory ensures the accuracy of any deposit claims.
