Hi Christina, I am sorry that this has happened to you and we always attend all our viewings. Unfortunately sometimes we encounter traffic and are late of which there is no excuse but where there is an accident sometimes we are not able to factor these delays in. That said when you called you may have gotten hold of our out of hours answering team who would not have access to your details but are there to take messages for us to deal with them the following day and during working hours. I am sorry for any inconvenience but if you would like to rebook the viewing I will make sure it is myself personally who carries out the viewing.
