I have rented with Northwood South Manchester for almost 3 years and have no cause to complain the house was beautiful and a pleasure to live in and raise a family . I have seen other reviews and have not experienced the issues that others have posted in fact the majority of my 3 year tenancy has been trouble free and an enjoyable tenancy. Yes I did experience times when repairs needed to be done and mostly they were done . However , I feel that as tenants we expect repairs done there and then and the properties to be of the highest standards at all times. The reality is that Northwood do not own these properties and have to get permission from the owners/landlords while managing our expectations, and sometimes the owners/landlords can take time to authorise the repairs but on the whole they are resolved in the end. I now turn my attention to the staff , all I can say is they are amazing , I had to leave the house I rented in Sale due to family circumstances and it was a difficult time and Lauren and Kelly were not only understanding but supportive as well . Both Lauren and Kelly do such an amazing job and not only deserve to be praised but they deserve promotions and higher wages if there are any to be had. I was going though such a difficult time and the support I got was amazing. On the day that I moved out Kelly came out , she went above and beyond her job and the support she gave me cannot be measured I just hope she is appreciated for everything she does. For the previous reviews left here I do not share the same experience of non repairs , bullying etc . I found Northwood South Manchester to be a supportive and positive estate agent, I feel if anyone had a problem going to Lauren and Kelly first would be the best step as if they can help they will. If I was to ever go back to Manchester to live I would certainly go to Northwood first for a property as they have an outstanding team.
