Huge thanks to Melissa - a breathe of fresh air in what can feel like a very impersonnable profession. Appreciate your thoughtfulness in supporting our neuro-divergent family to navigate the viewings. Particularly loved that you went in ahead to minimise smells from vacant properties. Perfect representation for accessibility in the industry but I suspect it’s because you are all heart ❤️

We worked with Julia on the purchase of our first house and she was awesome to work with! Our own solicitors were... not amazing, and Julia supported us throughout the whole thing and gave great advice. From first viewing to getting the keys, the whole process only took around 2 months in no small part to Julias support and persistence. We would 100% recommend working with the Lawrence Copeland/Northwood team if you're buying or selling a home. Thanks again for all your help!

I had a great experience with Melissa Lawrence during my recent viewing. She was extremely professional, well-prepared, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. Her communication was clear, she listened carefully, and she made sure all my questions were answered. She assisted me getting the contact at the agency I needed and facilitated me having everything I needed before we both left the flat. It’s rare to come across someone who is both efficient and genuinely kind in their approach—she strikes that balance perfectly. I truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism she brought to the appointment. She’s a real asset to that agency! I hope her hard work is recognised as coming across a passionate and professional individual is rare these days! I had a viewing with Melissa and had a very positive experience. She was so encouraging and helpful. She knew about all the available properties in the region and took me through Northwood’s website to discuss properties I would like. She didn’t rush the viewing when I took a lot longer to look at the apartment than a viewing should take. Overall, had a fantastic experience with her!

I had a viewing with Melissa — the perfect experience for a buyer. Never ever I had such a great experience while looking for a flat and organizing viewings. I am viewing so many recently, all agents are very dull and cold. Melissa was not of this sort, she was there all the way through, super on time and available to answer all my questions with a smile and promptly revert to her team whether she couldn’t access the answer herself on the spot. Really appreciated the effort and patience.

From the first day I met Huzaifah or "H" he gave me confidence and reassurance along with his professionalism. The sale was a difficult one for me due to a divorce but "H" was always there to help and went above and beyond my expectations.
