I had a slightly complex house sale which was managed with calm and professionalism by Charlie and Nick. Charlie was my main contact. He really listened and made me feel as though all of the plates I was balancing could be managed without disaster. Charlie knows when to step back and when to step in and does this tactfully and with good humour. Excellent communication throughout. Perfect!
