We went with Intercounty as Kerry Hill was an agent there and she sold us our house 6 years ago and I was so impressed by her. As expected Kerry was fantastic! But, we were very pleasantly surprised by the incredible team in the office. They actively SOLD the house, opposed to just letting it sit on the website.
