I dealt with Emma in the first instance who I found to be friendly and helpful. Then during the process of my purchase, I also dealt with Andrew and Joshua. I found them all to be very helpful, responsive and they went the extra mile when needed. On moving day, rather than me have to go to Saffron Walden to collect my new house key, they brought it to me 3 miles away and gave it to my removal guys after discussing with me the best way that they could help.
