Over the years I have moved house many times, and have not looked forward to it. Dealing with Sawyer & Co was a whole new experience, especially the way Lucy Cratchly kept me informed all the way through. Rather than me guessing what was happening, Lucy regularly updated me regarding agents, solicitors and all aspects of the move.
