We purchased this pty (from Fine & Country) and decided to let it out immediately until we moved to Brighton. Within a very short time, Sayer had found us 3 suitable tenants all of whom met all our pre-requisites. From that point until the new tenants moved in, we have found Sayer's to be responsive, helpful and professional in all communications. Sayers fully manage the pty for us and have arranged all required services allowing us to collect the rent and feel comfortable that our home is being looked after by a good tenant and supported by an excellent letting agent.
