We have had our Panorama Unit 5 rental managed by Sawyer for the ten years since we acquired it. We have the full management option (which includes rent collection and all maintenance management, plus securing and handling tenants). In that time, we have found that all aspects have been handled in a fully professional manner. Tenant liaison is very good, liaison between us and the property manager is excellent, monthly rent payments are handled efficiently, and clear invoices, showing all transactions, are issued promptly. On the occasions when tenant changes have had to be made, we have found that the process has been handled to a high professional standard. The Sawyer property inspection regime is a strong element of their work.
