Have used Prospect in Aldershot several times now to find tenants for various rental properties that I have. Unlike some other agents used, the process has been fuss-free, properties have been let without any delays, and the handover process for me to take on the management of these tenants has been very smooth. It is a shame that some of my properties are slightly out of their catchment areas as it would be nice to use them for my entire portfolio.
