Don’t usually go out of my way to login and write reviews regardless of the experience, but the experience I had here with Dexter was exceptional. I came into the viewings with a considerable amount of stress and had very specific requirements for the property I wanted to view, Dexter went out of his way to ensure I was looking at properties that suited my annoyingly specific criteria, as well as this he was especially accommodating and laid back, gave me the time of day without rushing and this helped me relax and have a clear mind throughout the process. Not all the state agents are the same. They all talk the right talk and have overblown IT systems. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what their brand is, there marketing profile or any of that guff. It's about relationship - at which point it becomes about the team members and not the name above the door. Prospect are not the only team in Aldershot that do relationship well, but they were willing to do it for the best price also. For me, the perfect combo.
