We were on the market for a while before switching to Castles, and they sold our flat within a month. They gave us handy hints to help sell the flat that we had not been made aware of before. They kept in contact with us as we worked out our next property, and remained polite and friendly throughout that process. When our first buyers dropped out of the sale, Dan, Ed and Melanie at Castles immediately snapped to action and worked incredibly hard. They put our flat straight back on the market, and rang around getting us five viewings in the next three days. We sold the flat again within a week of the previous buyers dropping out. I cannot thank the staff enough or say enough good things about them - they were supportive, friendly, reassuring, efficient, and did exactly what needed to be done to get us moving again. We have recently completed on a property which was being marketed by Castles. We first spotted the house at Christmas and even though it was the holiday period we organised two viewings in quick succession. Zoe was really proactive, helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Zoe called regularly, sometimes just to check in and make sure everything was ok. We found the Castles team in general to be both personable and professional. We completed last week and are now living in our new home, thanks to Zoe and all at Castles!
