We have recently completed on a property which was being marketed by Castles. We first spotted the house at Christmas and even though it was the holiday period we organised two viewings in quick succession. Zoe was really proactive, helpful, friendly and supportive throughout the whole process. Zoe called regularly, sometimes just to check in and make sure everything was ok. We found the Castles team in general to be both personable and professional. We completed last week and are now living in our new home, thanks to Zoe and all at Castles!
