She was friendly and had something positive to say about each room we viewed, and she showed a welcome readiness for questions - most of which she was able to answer on the spot, and those she didn't were provided to us the next day. This differs greatly from our experience with other agencies which seemingly lack this kind of commitment, so we were very grateful.
