We have just had an offer accepted on a property that was up for sale with Castles. From the moment we declared our interest, we were booked in for a viewing the next day and now looking forward to being in our new home. Both Dan and Ed have been very helpful and even going the extra mile giving us some advice when we we selling our property although we were with different agents. Natasha, who showed us round the property was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer most of the questions we had, which ultimately helped make our minds up. Fingers crossed everything runs smooth from here on.
